How do you differ from traditional outplacement and career counseling firms
I received this question today via email. Traditional firms supply job hunting advice. Our firm provides an entirely new class of job hunting assistance. We have invested heavily in technology innovations that allow us to do things for professionals and executives that they simply can't do for themselves. We also assign a team of people to each of our clients, and as a group they take care of all the things that have historically made changing jobs difficult. Essentially, we do the hard work of job hunting and our focus is on helping people get the interviews and offers they need.
