This profile will surface your assets and transferable skills. Once completed, our software creates a report which compares your responses to 2,000 other job seekers within the same general income range. When we share this information, people raise their marketability by having their resumes market the full range of their true assets and skills. Others incorporate more positive things about themselves as part of their communications strategy (what they will emphasize in all phone discussions, interviews and negotiations.)You will be asked to rank yourself on various assets and skills, using a 1 to 5 scale, where 1 means an absolute "no"... 3 means you would rate yourself as average compared to your peers... and 5 means superior.
